A card that allows you to match Wind-Up levels and aim for a draw if you're lucky.
Since the opponent chooses, the stability is a little lower, and for Wind-Up, which can naturally be used while leveling and deploying it, it is possible to use 3 copies and end up with just leveling. The limit is about the gate ball that I played.

Wind-Up has many monsters that are easy to level, so there is little need to rely on this card.
Also, there are cards that are surprisingly less interesting in neta duels...

Inside an aircraft carrier. angry honey magi honey
It's his spell card that evens out the levels, but there are quite a few problems.
First of all you have to match the two of his Wind-Ups. On this point, since sharks are currently regulated, this effect can only be fulfilled after a desperate defense with a knight or after being revived with a rat.
Secondly, the point that the level change effect depends on the other party. No matter how much you want to match the level, you don't feel safe if you depend on the other person. There is also a draw effect for the time being, but the impression that it is a draw is strong. The aircraft carrier I wanted to send out the most didn't come back...
Finally, Wind-Up's level is easy to match unless it's really bad, or rather, there aren't many builds that include monsters of that level in the first place. Now that sharks are regulated, Wind-Up is mostly centered on XYZ, and it is necessary to adopt a sync type that uses the same sync axis as before, adopts Nyanko, etc. and removes them with rampage summons. None. However, since the Synchronization type is built with Synchro as the main function, there is no need to match the level in the first place. I don't have a slot for rank 2 for Nyanko just for this card.
If only I had an aircraft carrier and a shark...

Wind-Up has a lot of development power, and ranks 3 to 5 are easy to put out, and there are many excellent cards in them.
It's more interesting if you create a situation where the opponent chooses the lower rank.
That said, Wind-Up can easily align the stars without using such a card, and I can't say that it won't cause accidents.
Well, I think it would be interesting to put it in as a secret ingredient.

Wind-Up is easy to xyz, so this card doesn't come up often, but this choice can be annoying to your opponent.
Ranks 3 to 5 are because there are many powerful monsters, and if a monster with a low level is selected, it will be drawn.
The drawback is that there must be two Wind-Ups on the field. You can make up for it with rats, etc.

There are generally 3 or 4 choices to force on the opponent. You can get 5 by using Soldier.
Although it is effective as a preparation for when you really want to Xyz, Wind-Up is originally specialized for Xyz, so unless you are aiming for a draw, you may not have the opportunity to actively use it.

As a card for Xyz, it can be used rather than Obomi's memento.
If you set Wind-Up other than level 1, which requires 3 bodies, you will be able to Xyz most of the time, and the dilemma of different levels should be solved to some extent.
Well, if you use it that far...
Rat -> Soldier -> Just level 5 with the effect, and you can draw 1 and force him to choose between Mighty or Volcatyrus, and have fun shaking the opponent's heart.

swinging scales. The one who is shaken is the opponent who is forced to use 《Painful Choice》.
It's really disgusting to have the two choices of matching the levels and being Xyzed or accepting a draw.
In most cases, I think you can draw more than Xyz, so it might be a good idea to use it as a draw source.
When Xyz is approved, it seems that there are many preparations, so whether or not I should ride Hoi Hoi, this time my scales are about to shake.
