If Gusto had an easy-to-handle level 2 tuner, it might still have been used as a material for Sphered.

Level 4 synchros are rare and valuable. But I still wanted 2100 RBI. With the advent of Sphered, the RBI no longer necessarily needs to be high, so the value has gone down.

You can send Winda on a business trip for 《Telekinetic Power Well》, or if it's a feel zone factor, you can use it as a psychic.
In effect, he has 2,000 RBIs, and since he can strengthen his other Gusto, it would be nice to be able to strengthen Windal and Musto...
