The purpose of aiming for the shooting star is so that you can see the Dragon Ruler. However, if you are going to meta with Mendre, 《Battle Fader》will be bad, so 《Doctor Cranium》etc. will be fine. I used shooting here, but frankly, Sukanova would be fine, or rather, I think Kotch would be easier... lol Personally, I'm just looking for romance. Skanova comes out easily from Telekinetic Power Well. However, it is quite difficult to get both of them in advance, so I can't expect much of an effect...
