He can pull the trigger of Meklord Monarch while salvaging, but in addition to the attack reaction that Meklord needs, he is a terrible thing that passes weakly as a soldier limited and basic ad loss salvage.
The same category-related remaneuvers allow him to salvage all Meklords under less stringent terms, but they are themselves mostly backwards compatible with Monster Reincarnation, which is why this card is below.
If you want to trigger Meklord Monarch, there's something easier to handle than Braho. With this card, which is an attack reaction, even if he plays Meklord Monarch, if he has a higher RBI, he will be defeated by a follow-up attack, and there is a high risk of being eliminated in the main 2.
Nucinicles and Castelliks tend to be the only ones that get hate, but they're even worse than that, and they're an unreasonable level of industrial waste.
