It's too late now for a Cyclone through attack. It's an equipment, so it's an advantage that you can aim multiple times, but most of them will be eliminated before that. In addition, D does not mesh with low combat power as a whole.
Since D is mainly for warriors, it can be used as a cost for Isolde, and although it is limited to set cards with the same equipment, the RBI is lower, but there is Arondight that can be equipped to all warriors and can be removed as a main, so it is possible to combo with Dystopia.
It would be overwhelmingly easier to use a cyclone, etc., and it would not be worth adopting.
