He in question absorbs Synchro Monsters, but this applies to his Meklord Monarch in general, but it's too pinpointed. For the time being, he is used in the environment like Baronne de Fleur. He has Synchro Monsters, but most of those monsters have a negate effect, so it's a good idea to remove them or negate them before absorbing them.
The last effect is a direct attack, but it doesn't mesh too well with the low stat skiel.

Unlike his other Meklord Monarchs, he has low ATK and only direct attack effects, so he's not very strong even as a main force.

It's also not as reliable as Weisel's RBI, and I think it's easier and stronger to attack with 《Limiter Removal》at Granel or Triskelia instead of using Union.

Direct attacks with high ATK are certainly attractive, but the conditions that must be met are a bit troublesome. If it was a direct attack with a high RBI, it would be quicker to use 《Juragedo》for [Watt].
If you are a Union Carrier, you can equip this card with monsters, but if you want to do that with [Meklord], it would be much more practical to attach the Dragon Buster Blade to Wisel instead of Skiel.
With Arms Aid, you can equip it with its own effect and it's not difficult to use, and you can share synergy with Triskelia, so I don't think it can work at all, but basically I'd prioritize his other Meklord Monarch. I think it will.

Since the amount of ATK and attribute support is also inferior to Wisel, it is not adopted except for fan decks.
They are in a very difficult position within the Meklord Monarch.

If Wisel is for versatility and Granel is for explosive power, this one has no particular strengths and is the most difficult to obtain in VB.
Its stats are lower than Weizel's, and its unique effect depends on the opponent, so it can't be activated unless Synchro is equipped.
Unlike Granel, the effect can be activated even if you equip a Union, but to be honest, all you can do is attack directly, so it's a bit difficult to defend.
Among the anime Meklord Monarch, it is the most dependent on whether or not the opponent's Synchro can be equipped, and even if it is equipped, Gran El has a stronger effect at that time.
Granel's weakness was that its stats were not stable, so at the time it was mostly used as a Synchro meta for the 4th and subsequent Wisels, but Synchro's heyday has passed, and it's not always possible for opponents to use it, and its role is difficult.
