Comprehensive evaluation: Since battle destruction is a trigger, it is a little hard to activate.
There is a candidate for a monster you want to revive, such as 《Destiny HERO - Disk Commander》, but this card needs to be destroyed by battle, and the chances of it being destroyed or negate before activation are a little high.
It doesn't have any particular effect just by putting it on the field, so it's hard to prioritize compared to other Destiny HEROs.
I want to use 《Destiny HERO - Decider》.

It's cool, like ms from Titans.
It's slow to revive, but there are a lot of D-HEROs that I want to bring out, such as Disk Guy, Dash Guy, and Dret Guy, so it's relatively convenient. He's slower than other Recruiters, so he can activate the errataed Disk Guy's effect without missing it, and Dash Guy's GY effect can be used to revive him. It matches the Deck concept and I like it.

I think it depends on the environment whether the resurrection due to the time lag is slow or not, but I feel that the slowness was an advantage during the heyday of Disc Guy.
After Disc Guy was banned, there was a problem that there were no D's that I wanted to revive.

This card also has mistakes like Kiratoma Double Guy.
It's great that D can be revived without level restrictions, but it's a pain when passive triggers that have to be destroyed in battle are now abundant in removal methods. In addition, it is difficult point that it is late with the next standby.
What I want to revive the most is that he is a dystopia with a special summon burn and conditional, but with the removal effect of Friche. This card is easy to use even from self-destruction.
There are many cards that can be revived more easily and quickly than this card, so I would like to make use of the fact that it is a D-HERO monster to differentiate it.
To be honest, it's not a useful performance, but I think it's still a candidate for adoption among low-class D.

Reviving in your own standby is an advantage of not being destroyed by the opponent's follow-up attack, but it is also a disadvantage of not being able to build a wall.
Now that libido is unlimited, I don't think there's much room for adoption, but...

Has a not bad revive effect. The late resurrection timing during your own standby phase is both a strength and a weakness. While it doesn't work well with Suicide Attack and 《Creature Swap》, D-HERO has a lot of low stats, so it's great in that even monsters revived during the opponent's Battle Phase won't be destroyed by battle.
