In addition, the material specification is for all races, but it requires things that have a weak relationship between machines and flames.
You can use the same material to get Bombhenex, and although it doesn't remove anything over there, you can demonstrate high firepower every turn without depending on such an opponent. Well, that one was specified as a restriction, so it makes sense to adopt this one as well.
