Opponent chooses to end battle in situations where ATK halving is valid, and opponent chooses to halve his ATK in situations where battle end is valid.
The latter can reduce damage, but in that case a card that prevents attacks is fine.
The former is a scene where you want him to attack with his ATK halved, and it is often enough with Shrink.

But this game is just too hard to use. Moreover, far from being able to substitute each effect with other cards, it can only be activated at the time of BP, so in the current environment where removal is rampant, it is often difficult to activate.
Even from the time of its introduction, there were many upward compatible cards, so I think it's safe to say that it's an industrial obsolescence.
