Comprehensive evaluation: A maximum of 2500 can be recovered by using "Emergency Provisions" together, but in many cases "Tri-and-Guess" with looser conditions is fine.
If you chain 《Emergency Provisions》to this activated card and place this card in GY, you can create a situation where GY has 3 of these cards at the timing of the effect processing.
Therefore, you can recover 2500 at maximum, and if you add Emergency Provisions, you can aim for 3500 recovery.
However, if you think about the amount of recovery, 《Tri-and-Guess》, which can recover 3000, should be fine, even if you need to bias the extra deck a little.
This one also requires a trigger such as 《Blackwing - Zephyros the Elite》.

The recovery amount itself is reasonable, but if you recover after receiving damage, something like Draining Shield is still stronger.

It's pretty good as an LP gain, but assuming you take damage, it's even inferior to Dianketo with 1000 recovery...
His LP gain combo with emergency food can be substantial, as he sees GY when resolving as well as making ends meet...

《Draining Shield》etc. are useful before taking damage.
