If it is destroyed in battle with "Ocean's Keeper", it can be searched, and if it is recovered with "Salvage" along with his other WATER, the Special Summon effect can be used.
Well, you can use Tribute Summon or P Summon without using it.
Set destruction is inefficient due to the hand cost, so if you want to do it, you can only use Anti-Spell Fragrance to increase set cards or Red Reboot to stop activation.
Or you can destroy your set card and use it as a trigger.
Atlantean can be used as a hand cost to trigger, and it is possible to operate without losing advantage.

Like Thousand Eyes, it will request Oper from Special Summon, but unlike over there, there is no resurrection limit, so you don't need to rely on it.
Unrestricted turn-restricted set removal with a water cost on the Monarch stat and no quirks.
It's a lot more general-purpose than Thousand Eyes, but you want to do this kind of prone destruction before deploying, and because of the cost, the loss when chained and negate/eliminated isn't funny.

Although it targets only set cards, the destructive effect with no limit on the number of times is not weak, so it is rated as medium for 2400 RBI that can also be Special Summoned.

Fish has a lot of coelacanth mansee cards, but this guy can be used quite well even by itself.
It's delicious enough just to say 2400 removal mochi.
Search at Ocean's Oper → Surface → Release Special Summon Delicious if possible.
It doesn't have much power, but if it wasn't for Coelacanth, it would have been a good card...

Even if you don't use this card itself, you want to use it as a set if you want to use it to make the most of Opar's search effect.
He has Monarch status and removal as the required specs for advanced, but the fact that the removal is conditional on the hand cost and only sets may be a bit outdated.
Even without the opa gimmick, it's a card that's easy to use in advanced Fish, but I feel like it's starting to fall short because it's too honorable.
