However, in other scenes, there are many scenes where the damage is less than Ookazi, and the number of cards in your hand will be adjusted during the opponent's end phase, so this effect, which can only be activated during your turn, will basically only do a maximum of 1200 damage. not.
You can increase the amount of damage by forcing your opponent to draw a Deck, but the damage multiplier is low, so if your opponent's LP is MAX and his Deck is 40 cards, your opponent's Deck is all cards in your hand. If it's not, you can't burn it out with this one card.
It may have been a relatively strong option for early burn decks when the card pool was scarce, but now the volatility makes Normal Spell a tough one.
