Comprehensive evaluation: ATK is on the high side, but it is difficult to collect materials in some places.
《Union Hangar》doesn't have enough materials, and face-down cards may be chained, making it difficult to use the effect.
The RBI is high, but it's better to aim for xyz, and it seems like an Xyz Summon of Tornado Dragon would be fine.

In a sense, it can be said that it is the ancestor of Synchro and Xyz.
The target of destruction is a set card, and it has 2400 hit points, so if you hit it while breaking the attack reaction, it was reasonably strong.

Fusion materials can be arranged in the hangar, so it's not difficult to bring them out.
But if you're going to compromise on such a delicate thing, you should try a little harder and aim for XYZ. The same can be said for other compromises.
Although the hit point is the highest among the compromised bodies, it is not a reliable value, and the essential effect is powerless against Friche and summoning reactions, and there are many removals and risks that cost money.
Since all XYZ are level 4, they are connected to rank 4, which has excellent countermeasures. I think it's better in the middle of compromise, but now I feel that even the EX frame of XYZ is difficult to adopt.

Like XY, you can't get this out with just one hangar, but it's not that difficult if you make full use of X's vanilla support.
Considering the risk of a chain, destroying a set card with just one card in your hand isn't exactly worth it.
Depending on how X is put out, it is possible to say that it is stronger to put out 4 ex...
