A card for ritual summoning 《Paladin of White Dragon》, nothing more nor less.
Since the performance over there is like that, the evaluation score of this card will also follow that.
I don't want to be too picky about old Ritual Spells that don't have unique effects, but it's okay.

Due to the low level of White Dragon, which is supported by preliminary preparation, Ritual Spell is light.

Comprehensive evaluation: Since "His Noble Knight of the White Dragon" itself is ambiguous, there is little reason to use this.
Sending Level 4 to his GY with Advanced Ritual Art costs less, but you can use Blue-Eyes White Dragon in your hand to release.
However, if you use Blue-Eyes White Dragon for release, you can create a level 8 Ritual Monster.

It's a level 4 Ritual Spell, so it's not that hard to activate, but in the current environment, 《Paladin of White Dragon》itself is a little underpowered, so it's tough. Also, 《Advanced Ritual Art》is more likely to be prioritized in terms of adverts, and the original Ritual Spell is less likely to be used. You can use Ritual Djinn or use the Blue-Eyed White Dragon in your hand to differentiate yourself.

And here is a dedicated Ritual Spell.
His Blue-Eyed Decks are getting less and less ritualistic these days, so they're becoming plain like Dragon Knights, but...

Even with Blue-Eyed's White Dragon main, it's quite difficult to combine it with the Ritual, or you just need to send Safadora at a higher level, so this card has a slightly lower priority than the White Knight.
That said, if you're going to use White Knight, it's worth including because he's a rotten card in your hand that can deal with Blue-Eyed's White Dragon.
