Overall Rating: Hard to use without a clear benefit to recovery.
《Magic Cylinder》does the same amount of damage, so if you're aiming for victory, you won't need to use this recovery card.
Effectively null when combining monsters like 《Meklord Emperor Granel》whose LP becomes his ATK.
In the case of a monster that converts the LP difference to his ATK, even Magic Cylinder can make a difference.

The LP ad itself tends to be underestimated, and compared to 《Magic Cylinder》, which leads directly to victory, it inevitably becomes more combo-like.
