I wrote that only 2 draw is strong, but for Crystal Beast, 2 draw using this card and Spell Trap zone like a troublesome hand is not so strong.

Overall Rating: Useful draw sauce if you have a way to replenish your Crystal Beast.
Let the opponent choose one of his Crystal Beasts in the Spell & Trap zone for the cost, but you can fulfill the conditions with something like Crystal Bond, and you can compensate for the cost by reusing it from GY with Crystal Blessing.
