A card that is used exclusively by sending it directly from the EX Deck to GY.
Since it has a high ATK, it can be used as a 《Dogmatika Punishment》bullet, as well as a 《Ultimate Slayer》bullet.
If this card is dropped into GY, it can be sent from the EX Deck to the Beast/Beast-Warrior/Winged Beast monster GY. Alternatively, if you send 《Chimera the King of Phantom Beasts》to GY, you can ``revive a Beast, Fiend, or fantasy monster during your opponent's turn''. For the time being, 《Brigrand the Glory Dragon》would also be a candidate.
The conditions are too strict for L summoning, and it will be difficult to use because it has "effects through battle and no resistance to itself".
If the effect of (2) was "activated at L summoning", it would have been strong, but was it judged to be too strong and adjusted?
The condition for L summoning is "I need 3 or more of his Tri-Brigade Spell/Trap cards in his GY", which is a big deal, but as a designer, I guess it means using "Tri-Brigade Roar".

GY needs at least 3 Iron Beast Spell Trap, which is quite troublesome even for pure construction
Also, the all exclusion itself is strong, but the trigger is only when a monster declares an attack, and it disappears itself.
Somehow, it's a heavy burden compared to Link 5, but it's too self-reliant, and I can only think of it as a card that will be the first to drop out in the EX frame battle.

Urrea is lamenting that the summoning conditions are too heavy. Surely fighting back would be enough. But there are various other things, such as the Assault Blood Coalition.
Exclusion that doesn't take a target is powerful, so it's probably adjusted only when an attack is declared. Complaints are also difficult for the creators...
It works well with the Moon Goddess, and if you drop this guy and drop Brigand, you can use her two GY Fertilizer + Ends to search for the iron beast. It would be fun to make a deck specializing in Moon Goddess together with Zodiac and LL.
