A card that is used exclusively by sending it directly from the EX Deck to GY.
Since it has a high ATK, it can be used as a 《Dogmatika Punishment》bullet, as well as a 《Ultimate Slayer》bullet.
If this card is dropped into GY, it can be sent from the EX Deck to the Beast/Beast-Warrior/Winged Beast monster GY. Alternatively, if you send 《Chimera the King of Phantom Beasts》to GY, you can ``revive a Beast, Fiend, or fantasy monster during your opponent's turn''. For the time being, 《Brigrand the Glory Dragon》would also be a candidate.
The conditions are too strict for L summoning, and it will be difficult to use because it has "effects through battle and no resistance to itself".
If the effect of (2) was "activated at L summoning", it would have been strong, but was it judged to be too strong and adjusted?
The condition for L summoning is "I need 3 or more of his Tri-Brigade Spell/Trap cards in his GY", which is a big deal, but as a designer, I guess it means using "Tri-Brigade Roar".
