Although it is a superlative monster, I think that there is no problem because it has the self-Special Summon effect of (1).
The fusion summon effect of (2) is excellent, and there are things that require "Dragon" in Fusion Monsters related to "Dark Magician" and "Dark Magician Girl". ・I think it's strength is that it's easy to satisfy the conditions for the effect of removing all monsters from "Of Chaos".

With a certain amount of RBI, it became possible to participate in battle, but the image is like a "fusion" with limited uses. You can mix it with Shaddoll and use it to make a nephelim, but the drawback is that the consumption is the same as normal fusion.
If it had dealt with the effect of 《Guardian Chimera》, I could have evaluated it a little more.
