You can easily summon with (1), and the removal effect of (2) is almost certainly possible with no real cost, so it can be said that it is useful as a general-purpose removal card for Fairy. If you think of it as removal while deploying, it feels as harsh as Virtual World (Suzaku and Kowloon)...
Since it is "excluded", it is great that it can break through monsters with effect destruction resistance.
(3) looks like a hidden effect or a stain on the text, but as others have said, I think it would be interesting to use it as a combo, such as adding it to a punching bag.
