The existence of Ruberion is affecting it, and it has lost its use.

It was reprinted in Albastrak with "Branded Fusion", but it was not used because of Ruberion.

The Fusion Spell for 《Fallen of Albaz》is a super rare card that seems to have some great significance in the story.
You can fuse with cards in your hand and field, including Dragon, as materials, but if you use 《Fallen of Albaz》as materials, you can also exclude him from GY. It also has an effect that can be set during the End Phase if it becomes the hand cost of the effect of 《Fallen of Albaz》.
As a fusion spell, it is below average unless 《Fallen of Albaz》is used as material. If Albus's Branded is used as a material, a wide range of fusion destinations and loose fusion materials can be used. In addition to that, Branded's name also features support for Branded dragon Albion and his Despian related. Also, if you use it for the cost of 《Fallen of Albaz》, you can recover it, but since there are many branded cards with similar effects, using this card with the fusion effect as a cost is somewhat hesitant.
Branded cards have a premonition of being strengthened in the next Albus Strak, so I'd like to hold back, but it looks like they'll be reprinted as well.

Due to the effect of (1), if it's a 《Fallen of Albaz》Deck, I think it's excellent that he can do GY Fusion.
《Dogmatika Fleurdelis, the Knighted》is a superlative monster with loose Special Summon conditions, and her GY fusion with 《Fallen of Albaz》can produce various Fusion Monsters, so I think it works well.
In (2), if it is used as the hand cost of 《Fallen of Albaz》, the effect to set from GY is late in the end phase, so I think it would be better to use 《Dogmatika Encounter》to special summon 《Fallen of Albaz》on the opponent's turn and use it as the hand cost.

If Albus is a fusion material, he can remove the fusion material from GY, but if you look at this alone, it's not much different from "Dragon's Mirror".
When using it, you want to combine it with 《Fallen of Albaz》and reduce your own consumption with the effect of (2).
