The effect takes time from summoning to the next Standby Phase, but if you summon it with Arrivalrivals at the end of your opponent's Battle Phase, it won't be attacked and you can evade removal in Main Phase 1 Dana.
If you summon it on your own turn, it seems necessary to use 《Koa'ki Meiru Guardian》or a face-down card to prevent it from being removed.
