It's excellent, but it's not.
Resurrection and return are certainly powerful, but high-level Nemeses cannot be Special Summoned unless they meet the resurrection limit, and it is convenient to salvage low-level Nemeses, which is a dilemma.
Since it's a Quick-Play Spell, you can use it as a wall during your opponent's turn.
Mr. KONAMI? Huh? What do you mean when you say you're out of alignment?
If you understand, it's just harassment, right? Do you know where it is?
It's not bad, but if you ask me if I should use it, I won't use it.

Nemeses exclusive resurrection, return tag. I'm glad that it's a plain Quick-Play Spell.
It's safe to use, but I get the impression that it's not enough because it's a disadvantage when using Special Summon at level 11, and it doesn't have an effect that meshes with the theme that much.

A Quick-Play Spell capable of both reviving and returning Nemeses. Impression that it is safe and convenient.
However, when reviving an arc, of course it is necessary to meet the resurrection limit, and the effect activation is also pledged. I want to make good use of the mobility of the Quick-Play Spell.
Another bottleneck is that the current category search does not work beyond the pledge.
Similar cards can be said, but if you stack them easily, there is a possibility of an accident. I have high hopes for this point in the future.

Although it is a "Nemeses" card, currently this card does not support search. A Quick-Play Spell and a Special Summon from the Exclusion Zone are possible, but the disadvantage is that the level 11 Ark Nemeses cannot activate the Special Summon turn. If he does a Special Summon on his opponent's turn, he can ignore the drawback, but in the first place, I would like to use Monster Reborn to activate the effect on my turn. Ark Nemeses is his Special Summon monster, so it hurts to have to regular summon it once.

Resurrection/Return Card for Nemeses
Although it has the name of Nemeses, it does not have any particular support, so it is assumed that it will be skipped.
Nemeses doesn't really need resurrection or return cards, so if you ask me if I want to include this card, which doesn't even work with searches, I wonder if Quick-Play Spell is reasonably useful.

Ah, so this was a Nemeses card ()
A little broader and a little more limited, which is likely in a decent theme... Quick-Play Spell.
Revive is strong with Quick-Play Spell.
I think it's enough to use it as a wall because it says that you can't activate the effect if you're level 11 or higher, before you talk about it interacting with the Deck.
If it's Nemeses, I don't think it's a hindrance to have one or two.

Nemeses and Adrastea.
A Quick-Play Spell that has the ability to Special Summon GY or Nemeses of Exclusion. If you revive the Ark Nemeses, there is a restriction that you can not activate the effect that turn.
A simple is best resurrection/return card. Being able to stare in both directions is a blessing for Nemeses, who have many exclusions due to the cost of Ark Nemeses. Basically, you should revive a lower Nemeses that corresponds to the area you want to add cards to your hand and prepare for the next one, but if you can, you can also use it to revive an arc Nemeses and increase your offense.
The most revived Ark Nemeses can't use its turn effect, so it tends to rely on RBI. If you revive at the opponent's end, you can use the effect on your next turn, but this time you will have to wait until then.
There are some parts that don't mesh with the direction of the Deck, but it's a straightforward card that allows you to revive with less restrictions with Quick-Play Spell.
