The wider his LP gap with the opponent, the wider the range, so if you use it, you want to combine it with cards that require his LP cost, such as Alive.
Kuriboh and Neos Pacian have low ATK across the board, so if you can activate it, you should be able to get most of them, but it still hurts when you can't use the effect. If you only use it to bring fusion materials, basically Prisma is fine, so I want to take advantage of the fact that it is a Quick-Play Spell.
