There's no turn 1 limit, so if you're lucky enough to have two copies, it's easy to get to X. Even if not, if you combine it with other Gimme Pape, you can go to X immediately. Good

It's easy to use as a material for various EX monsters, and I think it's a good idea to put it in if you're building a Machine. Good

The LP cost is cut in half, but the lower the LP, the lower the cost, and on the contrary, the easier it is to use.
