A monster that can be easily summoned with 《The Eye of Timaeus》. If you're a black magician with a lot of summoning support because it's a normal monster, you won't be in a situation where you can't use this card. During a Special Summon he removes as many of his spells in GY as he likes and increases his ATK by that number x 100 points. With 《The Eye of Timaeus》, it will be at least 3000. Even if destroyed, he can Special Summon his Spell use on GY, thus reducing the disadvantage. A very good card. Note that this card itself can also be Fusion Summoned with Dragon's Mirror, but in that case it will not interact with this effect. When summoning with 《The Eye of Timaeus》, don't forget that there is a rival called Black Paladin. Coexistence is also possible. Good
