What stands out is his high ATK that doesn't match that level.
However, even though it stands in the line of advanced monsters, being only 100 different from the Goblin assault force is a bit harsh.
Is it safe to use level 4 or lower in decks where he can Special Summon?
By the way, he is the target of 《Powerful Rebirth》, and if he is revived by it, his ATK will be 2500.
It will be released at the very last minute, "Eradicator Epidemic Virus", so it might be interesting to aim for it.
If used in combination with Mystic Plasma Zone, etc., it can be done with other low-level DARK monsters, but in the case of this card, its high ATK can be useful in times of emergency.
