The first effect is to set Infernoid's level to 1 and smooth out subsequent developments. It doesn't matter how many Infernoids you have. However, you can't manipulate anything other than Infernoid, so be careful when there's a high-level Synchro or Xyz. It also comes with the disadvantage of halving battles damage, so use the second effect at an appropriate point to round it off.
The second effect is Infernoid fusion. For now, Tiera is the only target. At first glance, it looks like Shadow Garb Fusion, but since you can't use it when there's an extra monster here, you can't use it with Synchro Xyz or refill Tierra.
Tiera's effect increases depending on the number of types of fusion materials, and even if it doesn't, Deck Fusion, which can produce a large amount of GY fertilizer, is very powerful. However, Tiera's level is high, so it's not possible to follow-up, and the fact that it can be activated depending on the opponent's playing is a considerable disadvantage. Tiera itself is not very good except for RBI.
He's as handy as a reasoning gate, so he's not a GY manure, but thanks to quenching, the search is effective, so I'd like to keep the number low and activate it when it's time.
