The 《Three Battles》series that can be used if the opponent activates its effect during their own turn. I think it does its job as a deterrent for the environment. As a result of Yu-Gi-Oh's inflation progressing, the number of cards that do something during the opponent's turn increases as the second attacking side deploys in the first turn. Of course, if that happens, even if you add it to your hand, you can use this card on the first turn, and I think the value will increase as inflation progresses. If that happens, 《Raigeki》or 《Triple Tactics Talent》are excellent as normal spell and normal trap exchange tickets. However, not all opponents can move in the second turn, so it's safer to use it as a sideboard instead of a main one. I think it would be tough if you can't use Normal Trap like Traptrix or Labrynth if you want to use it as your main deck.
If you use it second, you can have up to 6 《Evenly Matched》, so I think this is also strong.
If you choose 《Waking the Dragon》or 《Photon Timestop》as a set destination, it works as a visible landmine and can also be used as a countermeasure against 《Harpie's Feather Duster》.
