If you let GY stand by and revive it during the opponent's turn, it's easy to interfere.
There are many ways to revive undead during your opponent's turn, such as 《Jack-o-Bolan》, Hell, Lord of Death, 《Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon Lord》, and Mayakashi Yuki-onna of the Falling Ice.
1 negate of GY resuscitation trigger is also strong
As mentioned above, there are plenty of ways to revive undead during the opponent's turn, so it's easy to pull the trigger on your own.
The difficulty of Synchro Summoning Fergrant can be done from a single Hermit, and if Dohasura's level is lowered with Mad Mauler and Synchro Summoned, it can be summoned with almost no loss of materials.
It's also a good impression that it's less likely to be abused because it specifies undead as a material (I don't think I'd go out of my way to aim for a Synchro Summon)
