A Quick-Play Spell worthy of being called the Book of the Twin Moons, including the fact that it costs 1 card to activate.
However, unlike Tsuitsui, you must select 2 cards, so for example, you can convert 1 NS monster into Link 1, or use 1 card such as Fusion or Ritual to create 1 large monster. I can't stop coming.
Since the target is taken normally, the resistance penetration is not very high, and due to its poor handling, it can't be denied that a drop or a total solar eclipse can be used as a hindrance or a flip card, and a normal moon book is enough for combos and evasion. 　
If you can use it to put two of your opponent's monsters to sleep, that would be the strongest, but depending on the situation, you can select one or both of your own monsters and use them in some kind of combo. It would be nice to continue.
