The Pendulum effect blocks the attacks and effects of his opponent's Pendulum Summoned monsters. I don't know if the opponent will use his Pendulum Summon, and since I can see it, it can only be a check. But for some reason, it has the phrase "only once". Are you sure you have the wrong card? The Pendulum Scale is 8, which is a fairly easy-to-use number, but 8 is honestly a little strange in DD. The monster effect is to limit the attack of the demerit attacker, negate the effect of the P-summoned monster, and choose an opponent. Pendulum Summon It's a subtle meta, and it's not bad, but honestly there's no place to use it.
