As the name suggests, this card generates predatory counters, and compared to other generation cards, it's a spell, so it's great to be able to scatter counters without summoning.
The ideal flow would be to show Kinsey Banksia and connect to those effects. I'll give you some information, but except for some of his decks, it's not that much of a concern.
Since it's a Quick-Play Spell, it's nice to be able to interfere with cards that refer to levels during the opponent's turn, which is nice for Predaplant, who doesn't have a very strong return.
As for GY's battle resistance, Dragostaperia, which uses Serasseniant and counters, is a little worried about hitting points, so if you use it together, you can become quite strong against monsters.
The drawback is that creating counters and using them effectively requires using them in combination with other cards, so it's likely to be an accident.
There is some instability due to the combo card, but if you plan to use predator counters, you definitely want this card.
