It's not broken, but it boasts a fairly high level of control when playing first.
You can use the original Thunder Dragon as a material with 《Thunder Dragon Fusion》, but once you use the Thunder Dragon's hand effect, you can use it as a single material, so it's easy to use.
Also, if you have 1 Thunder Dragon on the field, you can use the Golden Chest to drop Raiden Dragon and use his Thunder Dragon's hand effect. If you have a Raicho Dragon, you can revive the Raiden Dragon used in the Golden Chest, and you can get it from one Golden Chest. And Thunder Dragon was used for business trips to get this guy out, but as expected, the Golden Chest was regulated.
The performance is a decent RBI, with 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》that works only on the opponent and banishment with the destruction substitute effect. Although there are conditions, what is written is a card that has only merit. Also, [Thunder Dragon] starts with standing this guy.
If I had to say a weak point, it would be "Weak against things other than destruction" and "There are things that can't be done with the race change system".
