When it exists in the hand or GY, he can special summon by triggering the tokens generated by himself and others, destroying all the tokens and strengthening the RBI.
Now that tokens are important, there are plenty of opportunities to activate it, such as misfiring Endosukego or ignoring it during battle.
It is also good that it is a monster unlike token ~ festival.
It's not a particularly strong card, but it's a pretty interesting card.
