GY treats it as a Normal Monster, so it can be revived with Roar, and if you drop it at the Mausoleum, you can drop another one.
Although the RBI is low as the highest grade, he can exclude Spell Trap when Special Summon succeeds, so he can use it with Goro and Gospel to destroy the back and use it as a material.
If there is a monster in the opponent's turn, he can play Blue-Eyed's White Dragon from his hand, and if it is not in the hand, it will be a meaningless effect, but it will be enough pressure to make the opponent hesitate to remove the target.
Since he often has a Blue-Eyed White Dragon in his hand because he uses Alterna, I think there are a lot of opportunities to use it.
By the way, his Spell/Trap exclusion effect during Special Summon is unusual for a card from the 9th term onwards, so it misses the timing because it can be "timed", so be careful that it won't activate if you revive with Roaring in Chain 2.
