A no-cost A Hero Lives isn't weak.
Even if he compares this card with A Hero Lives, which has no LP consumption, you can see how broken this card is.
There is a precedent that ABC took the environment with the presence of a single spell card.
ABC's "Union Hangar" has already proven that the existence of a single Spell card can change the environment.
With such a fragile performance, he is one that proves that the existence of spell cards is heavy.
This is at a level where emergency restriction revisions (occasionally overseas) are likely to be made.
The only salvation that I personally think is "It's not a Field Spell, so it can't be searched with Terraforming".
If this was a Field Spell, many people, including myself, might have gone mad.
