I think the effect of (1) is an excellent effect that allows you to recruit your favorite "R-ACE" monsters in exchange for releasing "R-ACE" monsters. In particular, if you recruit 《Rescue-ACE Hydrant》and use its effect to search for 《Rescue-ACE Turbulence》, since GY has 《EMERGENCY!》and 《EMERGENCY!》, the released “R-ACE” monster exists in GY, so 《Rescue-ACE Hydrant》and 《Rescue-ACE Hydrant》I think it's attractive to be able to line up Rescue-ACE Turbulence》.
