Strength

Infinite obstruction with Kyojindori and Raicho
Since it uses the Mascarena effect to produce Astrum, it cannot be targeted by opponent's effects and cannot be destroyed by effects.
Since it can only attack Astram, it can probably protect Raicho, which has a low RBI.

Weakness

If you are not using the first launch, you will not be able to use the Arsenal's 1st effect because you will run out of materials.
