RUM like Limited or Urgent where the rank up destination is limited to RR.
If you're aiming for a high rank RR, there are better RUMs, so basically you'll be using it for rank 4RR.
There is a person who has both firepower and removal with Blaze Etranze at the rank up, and it has a reasonable performance.
However, if anything, the true value of this card is his GY's RUM recovery effect, which requires a hand cost, but RUM recovery is valuable.
RR's RUM has Soul Shave, which can be X-summoned with one card and has no name turn limit. I need a link destination, but if I use it with Beato, it's not a dream to line up multiple high ranks.
There are several RRs and RUMs that are one rank up, but if I prioritize this card, I would like to make use of the above-mentioned recovery and combo power.
