The tactic is the same as the basics of RR, Link Summoning "RR-Wise Strix" and using the materials summoned by its effect to X Summon. Fight using the RUM set from the Deck.
"RR" is a Deck that is better at taking the second attack rather than first control, but it has a fatal flaw that it is very weak against the opponent's first control. Therefore, I created a relatively stable preemptive suppression route that is completed within the category (sorry if it already exists).
Even if you take the lead, it often ends with a Force Strix, but by being able to suppress with a pure Raidraptor, the win rate will increase purely. In addition, it is also a structure that allows you to dodge the opponent's suppression by stacking various hand triggers and "Lightning Storm" and "Forbidden Droplet" that are useful when attacking second.
I would like to build a strong RR deck for him, but I don't want to rely on the iron beast just for business trip parts... I recommend it to you.

①: First, aim to Link Summon "Wise Strix". Be sure to deploy 2 "Wise Strix" materials + 1 level 4 "RR" side by side. If you only have two of them, Link Summoning will not lead to X. If the link summon is successful, use the effect of "Wise Strix" to Special Summon "Raider's Wing". X summon "Raider's Knight" with 2 level 4 "RR". Use the effect of "Raider's Knight" to X summon "Blaze Falcon" or "Etranger Falcon". "Raider's Knight" is treated as a "RR" card according to the rules, so the 2nd effect of "Wise Strix" can be activated. Set "Rank-Up-Magic - Skip Force" from the Deck.
②: If you attack second, use the effect of "Etranger" or "Blaze Falcon" depending on the situation, then use it for rank 5 "RR" that called "Skip Force" as it is, if you go first, use "RR-Arsenal ・ Special Summon the Falcon. If you attack second, depending on the situation, you can use the effect of "Arsenal Falcon" to attack as many times as the number of X materials. Otherwise, use the effect of "Arsenal Falcon" and Special Summon more "RR" from the Deck. If you want to develop further from your hand, you have "Vanishing Rainiers", and since you have "Arsenal" that uses RRX as a material, you can use "Strangle Rainiers", "RR-Phantom Claw", and "Mimicry Rainiers" that can use the resurrection effect. "Tribute Reinias" that can be dropped into GY, depending on the situation, use these three bodies and deploy them.
③: Send one material of "Arsenal" to GY, and "Raider's Wing" from GY as Special Summon. Link summons the second "Wise Strix" using "Arsenal Falcon" and "Wise Strix" using the effect as materials. If you have various hand triggers and "Phantom Force", you can make an even stronger lineup. In particular, "Phantom Force" is powerful because you can choose to line up "Final Fortress" and "Ultimate" or play "Revolution Falcon Air Raid" on your opponent's turn to destroy monsters with a free chain.

Anyway, it's easy to stop, easy to stop. If the "RR" that appeared on the field with Normal Summon is processed before using its effect, it's over. If you think Desfe is heavy, you should replace the main Nibiru with the side Gameciel.
I think EX has room for improvement. For example, if you replace 1 "Force Strix" and 1 "Wise Strix" with "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon" and "Dark Requiem Xyz Dragon", you will have more options when using "Phantom Force". Instead, you can't use "Fuzzy Rainiers" to deploy, so be careful. If you replace "Fuzzy Rainier" with "Pain Rainier", you can develop it without much inconvenience.
As a small story, when link summoning "Wise Strix", you can use Fuzzy as a material and combine Chain 1: Wise with Recruit effect and Chain 2: Fuzzy's GY effect to avoid Urara. There are occasions when it is useful.
