"Red-Eyes Black Dragon (Thousand Meeting)" Deck 2021

The initial move is black steel start, black steel 3, one for one 1, Remus 3, golden chest 1 (→ Tempest → Remus) for a total of 8 cards.
Worst case, it's 《Red-Eyes Fusion》with Insight or Rokket Tracer.

Black Steel Dragon → Striker Dragon, Redame with Black Steel effect, Search Revolut Sector with Striker effect.
Striker → Redame, Black Steel Rebirth with Redame effect, Redame + Black Steel → Romulus, Insight with Black Steel effect, Search the Valley with Romulus effect.
Use the ravine effect to send Absoluter Dragon to his GY and search for the Rokket Tracer.
Special Summon Rokket Tracer with Revol Boot Sector effect, chain to Insight activation, destroy Insight with Tracer effect and recruit Recharger, Red-Eyes Trap ① search with Insight effect.
Recharger → Striker, Tracer → Pisti, Black Steel resurrection with Pisti effect, Romulus + Black Steel → Three Burst Shot Dragon, Red-Eyes Trap with Black Steel effect ② Search.

Strength

Customize

If it's not a Thousand Meeting, I think it's best to reduce Red-Eyes cards, increase hand triggers and 《Crossout Designator》, and go through the Black Steel deployment no matter what.
