《Diviner of the Herald》

Strength

Being able to make effective use of Dogmatika's often-excessive EX slots, and being able to power when Phantom of Chaos is involved are strengths that his normal Dogmatika doesn't have.

Weakness

If the opponent's EX also has a monster that is sent to his GY and exerts its effect, 《Guidance of the Great Goddess》will hinder.
