Permanent cards are reused in Falcon.

Strength

First of all, Rhino is not destroyed by Naraku, Torrent Funeral, Holy Burr, etc. Moreover, if there is a kamikaze, it will form a chain with Rhino's effect. Since Kamikaze is "in case", you can't miss the timing, and the effect will be activated after the chain is completed, so even if the field is wiped out, you can special summon only yourself from his deck.
If Rhino is present in his deck, it's only good that the opponent will activate traps other than counters.
Use the permanent system with the Falcon brought by Kamikaze.
Rhino overflows in his hand, but it's "making ends meet" and he goes to the deck.
If the opponent falls into our flow, they will be hindered and meaningless no matter what they do, and will just slowly wait for defeat.

Weakness

No matter where you go, it's a fan system, so if the initial response is slow, you can't help it. I try to keep Kamikaze in my hand, but it's hard when Cyclone is used continuously. It's a monster with 2000 or less, and since it mainly attacks, it takes a lot of turns.
