It's not as easy to cast as Reckless Greed, but it doesn't have the heavy drawbacks over there, so it's very useful as a way to earn more cards in a proper Deck.
It's an effect that should be called a chain treasure card, but above all, the naming sense of "Accumulated Fortune" is wonderful.
