Playing

*Some of the Deck recipes have been edited in case Bloo-D is not available in the first hand.
This is a Deck that specializes in playing 《Destiny HERO - Plasma》.
If you have a good hand, you may be able to summon 2 or 3 times in a single duel.
Fight while controlling the board with bloo-D's control power and the removal effect of Dystopia Guy that can be immediately released from the new card Fusion Destiny.

It can be summoned with the first hand twice out of 3 experiences.

Since the current environment relies heavily on monster effects, bloo-D's effects are quite effective against decks that are poorly removed by spells and traps.
If you are holding 《Elemental HERO Honest Neos》, it is difficult to surpass it in RBI, so in a free battle environment you may even be stuck summoning immediately.
If you can't put out bloo-D in the first hand, recruit Vion with the effect of initial Vion or Summon Priest, and if you have D-HERO in your hand

It's better to actively send Destiny HERO - Dreamer to his GY in order to add substantial battle destruction resistance.
《Scapegoat》is included as a stopgap when the hand is bad and for easy summoning bloo-D.
Also, 《Crackdown》secures materials for bloo-D, suppresses direct attacks from the opponent, steals Link Monsters to link summon, steals meta cards to reverse meta (cannot be activated, so permanent effects can be used), etc. It's an excellent card with too many things to do with it, so I stacked 3. * Changed to 2 sheets
If it's DARK, you can take it and use it as a fusion material.
《Destiny HERO - Dystopia》, which is also the back ace, can use the removal effect immediately after triggering every turn if Borreload is standing.
《Xtra HERO Dread Decimator》, 《Destiny HERO - Dynatag》, and Honesty Neos also trigger effects, so a wide range of removal is possible.
As a result of changing the construction, the dependence on dystopia became higher, so I added "D - Tactics".
If you don't hold it in your first hand, it may spoil, so I used 3 stacks, but feel free to change this part to your liking.

Weakness

As with any of his decks, he is vulnerable to hand triggers.
If you get hit by Vion, you die.
Also, from the Deck concept, it's pretty hard if bloo-D hits God's 〇〇.
After that, if you put an exclusion meta, you will be poor because you lack removal means.
In addition, due to the construction, there are many monsters of advanced level or higher, so there are many card accidents.
However, if you make full use of Destiny Draw and various fusions, you will almost never get stuck, so it is often possible to manage more than it looks.
If Diabo comes to your hand, it will lead to a disadvantage, so I think it's a good idea to try to avoid bringing Diabo into your hand as much as possible by special summoning Diabo before using a hand replacement card.

Customize

I think you can stack 《Called by the Grave》as a hand trigger countermeasure.
Also, this time, the effects of Destiny HERO - Celestial and hand trigger monsters are bad, so I didn't include a single hand trigger monster outside of the theme, but if I'm going to build a serious build, I think it would be better to include Urara and Extra G. I can't.
