Monster effect negates once, can't be targeted other than Quantum, bounces to no effect

Activate Fusion Destiny → Use Deadly Guy material to send Diabo and Shadow Mist GY to Special Summon, Blue D Search with Shadow Mist effect → Beatrice with Diabo resurrection, Jet GY with Jet and Diabo resurrection, then Jet and Beato with Halifair , revive with effect Special Summon → Blue D with revival, Harifiber, and Diabo release
Blue D itself has a permanent monster effect negate, so if it doesn't turn around, you can shift it.
