Playing

``I wish I could use Perdek's effect every turn.'' I think everyone has thought about this at least once. Until now, I've often played Tethys with Herald because I thought it would be good to use Tethys to increase my hand. However, as the number of monsters in the hand increases, the number of monsters in the Deck also increases, making it difficult to get Perdek out. That being said, if he uses Deck instead of Perdek, he will have a lot of spells and this time he won't be able to use the effect of Perdek generously. This time, it's a Roman Deck that blows away those worries and makes full use of the effects of Perdek. (I can only be satisfied with using Perdek n
The main key card is the strong card Transmodify, which made a spectacular appearance in the JUDGMENT OF THE LIGHT pack. This card makes it much easier to get Tethys than before, making it easier to replenish your hand.
Of course, one kill isn't the goal this time, so even if you can't summon Tethys, you can still fight with Herald or fight with The Agent.
As for how to move, break the opponent's back if there is a cyclone, etc., and try to summon Tethys as much as possible for Tethys, who is weak against Veiler, and then use Herald as soon as possible. Once you get stuck, you can draw until your hand is full of monsters, so you can negate any effect up to 6 times during your opponent's turn, creating a hellish picture. (However, counter traps cannot be stopped due to the spell speed. Normally, if you get 6 Fairy cards, you don't need to increase your hand any more, so stop it, but if you think you can finish it, you can use it as a cost for Hyperion and Special Summon. Stick around until The Agent comes and Special Summon two Hyperions for a one-shot kill.

Strength

There aren't many things that can be called combos, but there is a little trick to how to spin. His deck this time has a lot of spells, including Cyclone and Storm, so if you just use launches and reloads, your hand may not be fully enriched.
: Tips for turning
・When you are spinning with Tethys's effect, if there is a draw source card such as Reload other than 《Magical Mallet》, don't put the gavel on the field and return it to his Deck. The draw source is not always included in the cards drawn in the next reload, so if you draw a cyclone at the end, such as when there are only monsters, it will stop there. (However, if the number of cards in your hand other than reloading is 2 or less, including the gavel, it is better to increase the probability of drawing monsters, so I recommend returning the gavel.
・When summoning Tethys, try to Special Summon with the effect of Valhalla if possible. If you summon with "Transmodify", you will have to use the summoning right for a level 4 monster, so when summoning his Herald after that, you will not be able to search with Manjugod, and the Herald will be delayed. increase. (The worst thing is that you can't get it out; it's certainly possible to hold out until you get Herald and the Ritual in your hand, but at that point you've drawn too many angels, so it's a waste to throw them into GY at the end. However, if the monster you normal summoned for Transmodify is Manjugod, you can search for Advanced Ritual Art, which is hard to come by in your hand at that time, so if Manjugod is in your hand, use that and Transmodify to Special Summon Tethys from Valhalla. will do.
・If you don't have a draw source in your hand, you can't move even if you play the basic Tethys, so in that case, don't overdo it and end it, or if you have Venus, play Gantetsu from the sphere and prepare Tethys' Tribute factor.
・When Tethys is summoned in Valhalla, Manjugod remains on the field in the second half, so if you hit Transmodify on that Manjugod, you can line up 2 Tethys on the field. In this case, you can draw two cards if you are an angel because each chain is formed in one draw. If you have 《Transmodify》as well as deck compression and RBI, it would be good to activate it.
・In the first half, if you don't have many cards in your hand, you should put them back, but if you have 5 or more cards in your hand, it's better not to return her other spell cards to her deck and put them face down. This will allow him to lower her spell density in the deck, making it less likely to stop midway through.
:Be careful
• Remember that Quick-Play Spells cannot be activated in a prone turn. I used the gavel in the example above because Reload was her Quick-Play Spell. Cyclone and reload, be careful when saving 《Hand Destruction》.
・Pay attention to the timing of using the search effects of Manjugod and 《Hecatrice》. For example, if you search for 《Advanced Ritual Art》with Manjugod when you only have a reload in your hand, you will have to set it on the field to prevent it from being returned, which is a waste of one precious card in your hand. (If you return it, you'll waste your summoning right this time. Even if you don't rush, if your hand is moist, Manjugod and Herald will come to your hand as a set, so at that time you can summon Manjugod and use its effect to search. In the case of Hecatrice, if Herald is on the field and you want to compress the Deck, you will miss one Fairy that can be negate, so when you search, use your hand. Think carefully about the situation before doing so.
・When you play a second Tethys, you can certainly draw two cards in one draw, but Tethys' draw effect only affects the Tethys in the first chain, so you can draw 2 cards. If there is a Fairy among the cards drawn, the effect of Tethys cannot be activated again. (For example, 2 Tethys on the field, 《One Day of Peace》in hand, truce activated 1 draw → Since it was Fairy, the effect of Tethys A was activated, and the effect of Tethys B was activated in a chain → Reverse processing, 1 draw due to the effect of Tethys B, Fairy → 1 draw with the effect of Tethys A, Spell At this time, Fairy was drawn with the effect of Tethys B, but since it is still in the process of chain processing, the optional effect Tethys B misses the activation timing of the next effect draw. It's a good combo that can avoid the danger that the first card you draw is a spell thanks to the effect of Tethys in the chain, but you need to be careful not to make a rule mistake because of this kind of thing. .
・When summoning Herald, it is necessary to have at least 1 Dynamis and 3 Spheres left in the Deck, so if there are too many of them in your hand and you cannot summon Herald, use a gavel etc. Just pinpoint what you don't have and return it to the Deck. (In order to lower the probability of pulling as much as possible.
Here is the explanation of the card.
Two Hyperions. As expected, 3 copies is too heavy for this Deck without 《Trade-In》. When Tethys does not come, use it together with Venus to connect the field. There are only 4 copies of The Agent in total, but there is no problem with that number.
Tethys. I think it's a perfect 3-stack.
Herald of Perfection》. Perdek. I have 3 cards because I can't talk about it without this card. With Manjugod, this Deck is almost a monster, so even if you can't get Tethys, you can shift the way you fight as a normal Perdek Deck. The strength of this card is that unlike Rider, there is no limit to the number of times it can be activated in a single chain process, so as long as you have Fairy cards in your hand, you can continue to negate them. With this, even if you are chained to the first negate effect and veiler is activated, you can still chain to it and negate. In addition, troublesome cards such as Goze that activate their effects during the damage step that cannot be activated by counter traps can be negated and sent to GY because Herald has a ruling that activates their effects even during the damage step. (The strength of being able to send it to GY is different from riders.
Dynamis and 《Mystical Shine Ball》are the normal monsters used in 《Advanced Ritual Art》. At first, I used the Goddess of Reversal, but it had no use other than for ritual summons, and it was too often in my hand, so I pulled it out. With these two, Dynamis supports Transmodify in addition to Ritual Summoning, and the sphere can be used as a vicarious beat with Venus, so I chose it. (Three spheres are stacked so that Herald can be summoned even after calling two spheres with Venus.
Hecatrice》. There are 3 Valhalla search cards. If you have 《Transmodify》, use it as material for Tethys.
Honest. Well, it's a big role to protect Tethys from battle destruction. Herald has 2800 defense, so I don't think it will be easy to break through, but Tethys has only 2400 ATK, so if you use a rank 4 Hope without using any effects, you may be able to break through. So if you're worried about that, I think it's a good idea to keep drawing until Honest comes when you're accumulating your hand with Tethys for Herald.
Jupiter. I put it in because it is a level 4 that boasts a high RBI in The Agent. In case of emergency, you can use your own effect to make it 2600.
For Manjugod, I thought about the first concept of "using Herald's effect all the time", so I decided to make 3 cards. Killing two birds with one stone with 《Transmodify》, of course, if there is already a Herald on the field, Manjugod's effect will allow him to search for Heralds on the Deck that are no longer used and summon this card, so it can be used as an important negate source for Herald. You can add more monsters to the field without reducing your Fairy.
Considering that Tethys didn't come, it would be better to have 3 Venus, but since my level is 3, I don't want to increase the number of cards that don't respond to 《Transmodify》, so I settled on 2. I was.
One Day of Peace》is a valuable one-for-one draw source. It's a pain to let the opponent draw, but for this guy who originally wanted time to collect Tethys, the effect of reducing battles damage to 0 until his next turn would be appreciated. (But be careful not to accidentally activate it when your hand is wet and he can attack with Hyperion etc.;
Transmodify》. This is where I have trouble. Stacking 3 cards will increase the chances of getting Tethys on your first turn, but it also increases the chances that the spell will increase and Tethys' draw effect will stop. If you stack 2 copies, the chances of getting Tethys on the first turn are reduced, but the spell is reduced accordingly, so the chance of Tethys' draw effect being stopped is also reduced. Even if you actually spin it and verify the number of successes, it's a place where you can't get enough of it, so here you can safely put three. For those who think 2 copies are enough, I think it would be good to make it easier for him to fight by putting in a substitute, such as making 3 Jupiter for Hyperion.
There are 3 mallets and 3 reloads. By activating these when Tethys's hand increases, there is a possibility that these cards will still be in the hand after the replacement, so the hand will continue to increase.
Hand Destruction》. This is a painstaking single draw because the draw sauce was a little short. If you activate this card, your opponent will be able to switch 2 cards, increasing the chances of drawing Veiler. Use this card when there are no other cards that can be activated.
Ritualcraft and Valhalla are one each. He already has a lot of spells, so I don't put in any more cards that are good if there is at least one. (Ritual arts can't be used if Herald is broken or negate, so if your opponent has a set on the field, beware of Cyclone and keep it in your hand as much as possible. If you only have to reload, etc. I can't help it.
cyclones and storms. If it's a Tethys deck, you can't normally put it in, but this deck is just a "win with Herald!" increase. When you have a hand that can summon Herald, and at the end, Cyclone or Storm stops Tethys' draw effect, you can destroy the opponent's bag before moving, so it's safe. But of course, too many cards in your hand can lead to accidents, so I think you need to close your eyes to some extent. (However, as an individual, I have never had any trouble entering.
Extras are mostly fine
Depending on the case, I put a card with high versatility in consideration of using it.
Rank 8 destroys the opponent's field with Enerad or Killer. As for Enerad, you can keep increasing your hand on your turn, so even if your opponent has 5 monsters on the field, you can remove them all. It's a good idea to summon when you think Hyperion won't make it in time.
There are Gaia Dragoon and Tremys at Rank 7 and 6, but they are for stacking on Rank 5 and Tremis is for stacking on Pleiades.
Rank 5 can only be summoned when there are 2 Tethys on the field, but Volka or Fortress can cut down the opponent's LP with one more push.
Rank 4 is all about Paradios. It can destroy most monsters, so it's perfect as a bridge in the first half. Chain, Emeral is used to put Tethys on top when his opponent's deck is slow, or to beat him with a revive effect.
Rank 2 is Gantetsu, which can protect against spheres, and Dai Gusto Phoenix, which aims for damage.

Weakness

Weller, trap. It's pretty tough when your opponent gets ahead and negates the effect of Tethys with those cards. If he doesn't have a deck with a lot of backs, he still has a chance, but if he has a deck that deploys a lot, he may get a one-shot kill as it is. (such as Dragunity;
Evilswarm is also tough. To deal with it, you need to hit yourself with Jupiter's effect to 2600, or you must have Honest in your hand. I don't think I can afford to summon Rank 4 Paradios, so if I don't have these cards, I have no choice but to give up.

Customize

I've used it a lot, but this is probably the most stable, so I don't think I'll change it much. However, if you know that you are the first in a match, I think you can change it to the first Tempester 1 kill on the side.
I will also post how to change the side in that case.

(《Victoria》is a card that has a good stand alone in this age where there are many dragons, so it will be adopted. 《One Day of Peace》will also reduce the burn damage to 0 if activated, so in this case it will not be used. .)
"Card Destruction" is used because when he draws with the Tethys effect and he has only monsters in his hand and wants a draw source, he can't move if he draws Obliterate and stops even though he has cards in his hand that he wants to return to the deck. did not do it.
Sephiron doesn't make sense if it's banished, and it doesn't need that much RBI, so I thought it would be stronger to have Hyperion and Substitute because he has a destructive effect rather than Sephiron, who can't be used alone.
Upstart Goblin》misses the timing of Tethys's effect because his LP recovery processing is caught. If you draw this card when you only have monsters in your hand, it may stop.
It's been a long time since I've written this, but from tomorrow you can shout "Waste waste!" I'm looking forward to seeing how 《Transmodify》will be abused in the future; then. .
