Playing

It is a Deck that mainly uses [Toon], which is said to be difficult to turn as a Deck.
The basic strategy is of course to activate 《Toon Kingdom》and hit it with a direct attack with a Toon Monster.
《Toon World》could have been included, but it has the disadvantage of paying 1000 LP and has no effect other than activating it, so it often becomes an accident agent, so I didn't include it.
The main moves are Red-Eyes Toon Dragon, which allows him to Special Summon Toon Monsters from his hand, and Toon Dark Magician, which allows him to search for "Toon" cards and aim for his Special Summon of "Toon" monsters.
It would be better to aim for the Special Summon with 《Dwarf Star Dragon Planeter》, 《The Black Stone of Legend》and 《Dark Renewal》.
《Berry Magician Girl》, 《Apprentice Piper》and 《Summoner Monk》are included to help with summoning.
In the case of 《Summoner Monk》, it might be better to simply aim at Xyz or Link.
《Instant Fusion》I want to use properly depending on the situation.
If there are troublesome monsters, use 《Thousand-Eyes Restrict》to absorb the enemy and become 《Linkuriboh》or 《Relinquished Anima》.
If you want to Xyz Summon, call out 《Mudragon of the Swamp》.

Strength

・Tactics other than [Toon] are also available. In particular, I would like to aim for his deck fusion with 《Red-Eyes Fusion》as soon as possible.
・You can use 《Thousand-Eyes Restrict》to absorb enemies and aim for a Link Summon, or 《Wonder Wand》to aim for 2 draws, so there are various ways to use it.
・When 《Toon Kingdom》and his Toon Monster are aligned, if you succeed in buying time, it is possible to kill with a direct attack on the first turn.
・《Toon Dark Magician Girl》can attack directly without 《Toon World》
・You can also fight with meta and lock by 《Secret Village of the Spellcasters》, 《Skill Drain》and 《Kaiser Colosseum》. The disadvantage of not being able to attack can be offset with 《Skill Drain》

Weakness

・The common weakness of [Toon] is that it does not attack during the turn of Summoning, Flip Summon, or Special Summon. It doesn't matter how many monsters you deploy if you can't attack
・There are many cases where LP costs such as 《Instant Fusion》and 《Skill Drain》are paid. Here is the reason why I didn't put 《Toon World》
・The effect of "Toon Kingdom" can be a disadvantage, such as excluding capable cards.
・Since there are many advanced monsters, there are many card accidents
・As a known weakness, most of his Toon Monsters on the field will be destroyed if Toon Kingdom is destroyed.

Customize

・It might be a good idea to add 《One for One》for 《The Black Stone of Legend》
- He can have more Spellcaster monsters and he can be a Spell-friendly deck in his deck
・If you want to aim for a Pegasus-oriented character deck, use cards such as 《Relinquished》and 《Millennium-Eyes Illusionist》.
・Insert cards that increase summoning rights, such as 《Double Summon》
・Increase the number of 《Red-Eyes Fusion》
・Since there are many cases where you pay the LP cost, I would like to add a strategy that takes advantage of that. 《Megamorph》etc.
