Playing

Strength

Because of his high RBI, he is strong against opponents with many monsters with low ATK. However, it is weak against removal, so be careful.
I think that once you can connect to dark matter, you can move to some extent.
Since it is possible to revive with the effect of Fergrant, it is possible to deploy if you use this well.
Arcbrave's effect is strong against his Field Spell, so it can be a little stronger in his deck these days.

Weakness

Not enough Misael-ness.
There are many hand accidents, so if you want a sense of stability, you may want to add a draw sauce.
There are many cards that depend on the opponent's board, so it's tough if you get overwhelmed by the first attack, so there's no point in going first.
Also, since your hand tends to be depleted easily, it tends to be very poor, and when you seal Special Summon, you often get stuck.

Customize

If you want to move regardless of your opponent's board, you can also use a combo with 《Beast King Barbaros》and 《Mythic Water Dragon》. However, be careful because 《Mythic Water Dragon》is likely to cause a hand accident.
I think that it is good to use resurrection cards such as 《Call of the Haunted》and 《Back to the Front》as countermeasures against removal. If you can revive Fergrant and Ark Brave, you can also interfere with deployment.
《Hieratic Seal of the Heavenly Spheres》is a card to counteract when something other than a Link Summon is sealed and to interfere with your opponent's turn.
You can also use 《Number 38: Hope Harbinger Dragon Titanic Galaxy》or 《Ruins of the Divine Dragon Lords》as additional interference.
If you don't mind getting rid of the fan deck-likeness, I think you can remove "RUM-Quick Chaos" and "Tachyon Chaos Hole" and replace them with other general-purpose traps. If you reduce or do not use 《RUM-Quick Chaos》, reduce the number of 《C No.107 Super Galaxy-Eyes Interdimensional Dragon》itself or use 《Rank-Up-Magic Argent Chaos Force》.
